Removing this Elkay 55999C Front Push Bar (Part #102484) can be a delicate task.

There are two small tabs at the top of the push bar and 3 larger tabs at the bottom of the push bar that hold this into place.

Here are the steps to removing the push bar:

1) Remove the 4 screws that hold the top silver basin into place
2) Lift up on the top silver basin to access the inside of the fountain
3) Push the top of the push bar out towards you from the interior of the fountain to release the small tabs at the top of the push bar
4) Use a straight blade screwdriver to gently pry the bottom 3 tabs out of the clips holding the push bar into place
5) Once all tabs are released, you will be able to remove the push bar
